With over 15 years of experience, Heather works directly with brands and consults with agencies, across the consumer goods market – including the natural and organic food and beverage, beauty, fashion, natural living, technology, art and craft spirits channels.

Heather has been named upon the top Forty UNDER 40 by Biz West + she is winner of EXPO’s best overall public relations campaign of the year.  Lacquer  has been profiled as a top agency in PR NEWSBizWest as well as Global Cosmetic Industry

Heather has spoken on trends, digital media, PR and branding at several conferences including Natural Products Expos, HBA Global, NY Now, as well as for Down Town Boulder Inc.

Heather has a Masters of Science degree in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from Tufts University, and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology  from The University of Massachusetts, Amherst.



MegSept15Megan Norris is a Publicist and Director of Social Media at Lacquer

Megan brings 15 years of insight and experience within the Natural Products industry. She joined Lacquer in 2009 and continues to contribute overall strategic direction, publicity efforts, social media, brand marketing strategy and client management to the agency.

Prior to her involvement with Lacquer, Megan spent 10 years at the executive level within New Hope Natural Media, a division of Penton. While at New Hope, Megan was responsible in-part for all of the in-person events including 2 of the largest tradeshows in the Natural Products industry – Natural Products Expos.  She was involved in strategic direction, budgeting, sales, marketing and operations.  She provided strong leadership and insight into client relationships, helped to develop, implement and execute upon new product initiative and drove record sales in her tenure.  Megan is a graduate of the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University with a bachelor of science in Finance.
